Tonia M. Torquato

Tonia M. Torquato is a partner at Stover McGlaughlin with a practice focused on family law, collaborative law, real estate, wills and estates, and employment matters. Originally from Mifflin County, Tonia graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania with Magna Cum Laude honors before earning her Juris Doctorate from Dickinson School of Law.

Following law school, Tonia served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Wayne G. Hummer, Jr. at Lancaster Court of Common Pleas before joining a civil law practice in Harrisburg. She joined the predecessor firm in 2001 and has been with Stover McGlaughlin since its founding in 2003.

Tonia is a member of the Central Counties Collaborative Law Community and the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals, making her uniquely qualified to guide clients through collaborative divorce and family law matters. She has been featured in Today's Lancaster Woman magazine for her work as a woman in law.
