About Morgan
Morgan A. Dubbs is an associate attorney at Stover McGlaughlin, admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in October 2024. A Bald Eagle Area High School graduate with deep roots in Centre County, Morgan went on to excel at Susquehanna University, where she earned dual Bachelor of Arts degrees summa cum laude with triple majors in Political Science, Psychology, and Public Policy.
At Penn State Law, Morgan served as a Certified Legal Intern and Student Practitioner in Penn State's Family Law Clinic, where she represented domestic abuse victims and handled family law cases. She also completed externships with Judge Brian K. Marshall at Centre County Court of Common Pleas and Judge Michael T. Hudock at Pennsylvania's 17th Judicial District.
Morgan's practice focuses on adoption, family law, guardian ad litem matters, and wills and estates. Her academic excellence and hands-on experience with vulnerable populations make her a compassionate and skilled advocate for her clients.
