Jeffrey W. Stover

Jeffrey W. Stover is a founding partner of Stover McGlaughlin, bringing over 40 years of legal experience to the Central Pennsylvania community. Born in Indiana, Pennsylvania on February 11, 1957, Jeff earned his accounting degree from Penn State before going on to Dickinson School of Law, where he was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in 1982.

Jeff's practice focuses on wills and estates, real estate, contract law, municipal and zoning matters, and commercial and construction litigation. His deep roots in Centre County are reflected in his service as solicitor to zoning hearing boards for 11 municipalities and as municipal solicitor for 8 additional jurisdictions across Centre and Mifflin counties.

A dedicated community leader, Jeff has served on the boards of numerous charitable organizations and has received multiple Volunteer of the Year awards. He and his wife Fariba have two adult sons.
